Yoga with Ms. Welesko

April 3, 2020 | Heather Palmer Welesko

Take some time to move and breathe!
God dwells in the body as well as in the mind and the soul, and He is in every part of our bodies, every part of us.
When we move our bodies, we can send a prayer and know that God hears us; God sees us; God speaks to us and through us.
To move is to know that God is here.
