Head of School Search Update 10/16/20

October 16, 2020 | Abby Liu

A letter from Raúl Pérez, President of the Board of Trustees:

Dear Mustard Seed Community,

Our Head of School search process has been moving forward and we want to bring you up to speed on our progress.

The Search Committee, in partnership with our consultants from Carney Sandoe & Associates (CSA), has finalized the position statement for our search.  Thank you for your participation in the sessions, for completing the survey, and for sharing your thoughts and hopes for Mustard Seed School. The resulting product will inform applicants about our collective aspirations for the future of our school.

CSA has begun reaching out to potential candidates. Our upcoming steps will include candidate reviews and the narrowing of our candidate pool to semifinalists and ultimately finalists for Board of Trustees presentation and review.

We encourage you to visit https://mustardseedschool.org/parents/head-search/ to review the position statement and stay updated on all information regarding the search process.

Thank you again for your ongoing support. We appreciate your partnership!

Warm regards,

Raúl Pérez
President, Board of Trustees
