Pop Go the Words

What does reading look like in first grade? It can look different every day, but one of the things we work on are sight words! Our favorite sight word game is Pop! In Pop, you have a bag full of words and some of those words are “pop!” If you pull out a word and read it correctly, you get to keep it! If you can’t remember the word, you put it back in your bag for another time. But, if you pull out a “pop”, you have to put all your words back in the bag!
