A Kindergarten-Grade 8 day devoted to outdoor fun, competitive games, and community
In addition to our physical education classes for Kindergarten to Grade 8, which follow a curriculum grounded in the Comprehensive Health and Physical Education standards developed by the New Jersey Department of Education, we also offer health and wellness happenings for our students. Field Day in the park is a glorious annual June MSS tradition.

A Parent-Run MSS Basketball Team for More than a Decade
Mustard Seed is a member of the Hoboken Youth Basketball League registered through the City of Hoboken Recreation Division and competes with peers from local Middle School public and private school teams. The parent coaches emphasize drills, leadership, and community.
The morning of the team’s Final Four Game, the whole school held a Sidewalk Spirit Tunnel demonstration!
